Please note that Bunsen does not directly ship orders - fulfilment of each product in an order is the responsibility of its respective vendor.

£5 per kit. Free shipping when ordering 10+ units of a particular kit.
UK - All 3 to 5 working days by DPD

- Orders over 10kg - £15
- Orders over £300 - Free
*Larger orders such as class sets, 3D Printers and Lazerboxes may take longer. When making a large order you will be contacted by one of our Creative Consultants who will provide further shipping information and ETA.
Includes full online tracking so you can monitor the parcels progress. This is not a signed for service, meaning if nobody is in it will be left in a "Safe Place" at your property. CreativeHUT is not responsible for parcels that get damaged, lost or stolen from a "Safe Place".
- Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT) between Monday – Friday will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12.00 (GMT) on a Friday, will be processed on Monday
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday
- Orders placed on a bank holiday weekend will be processed on Tuesday
- Within seasonal periods e.g Black Friday and Christmas the dispatch process may take longer

We are very sorry about that. Give it 1 more working day, if it still has not arrived please refer to your tracking number to check the status of your parcel. After this please contact us and we will look into the matter further. We can't be held responsible for deliveries that are late, which on the odd occasion does happen unfortunately.What happens if I am out when you attempt delivery?
As per normal the courier will attempt to deliver your parcel, if you are not in the parcel will then be taken to your local sorting office. If you know you will not be in when the delivery is likely to take place, we suggest you use our click & collect service. Please note that if the parcel is returned to us there will be additional postage costs to resend the parcel to you again.My product got lost and/ or damaged, what can you do?
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, as any mistakes cannot be rectified once the item has been dispatched.Can I cancel or amend my order?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you are unsure of the charges please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
There is a packing and delivery charge £10.00. Orders over £200 are packed and delivered free of charge to the U.K main land, some exceptions may apply and charges incurred.
Orders are sent by UPS next day courier service, with a delivery time of between seven to ten working days from the time you place your order. If you require a delivery service other than the one offered please email Dissect.co.uk to see if an alternative is available.
UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands) - £10.50
The MEL Science subscription is a digital product and does not require physical delivery. A member of the MEL Science team will email your MEL Science subscription details to you after checkout.
We offer free UK delivery and aim to be as flexible as possible in order to meet your needs. We liaise with our customers extensively to ensure their satisfaction.
Please order before 11:30am for next day delivery. Orders are posted overnight and delivered the next day before 2pm. Delivery is free, but orders below £100 are subject to a £9.95 small order surcharge.
Orders arrive frozen in thermally insulated packaging.Handling & Storage
Our samples are all vacuum packed. This protects them in the freezer and allowing them to be stored alongside edible produce, as they are themselves classified as edible produce. Safe to store in kitchen freezer.
On receipt of your samples, simply remove the top layer of polystyrene under the lid and put the whole box in the freezer. It will be fit for purpose for a minimum of two years from delivery if kept at -12°C or less.
